STRUCTIL, a GROUPE SNPE subsisdiary
created on the 1st January 1985, supplies to the high performance
composites industry, the intermediate products required for
the realisation of structural parts in Aerospace, Defence
and Sports industries.
STRUCTIL technology and know-how apply to resin formulation
and processing, and lead to a complete range of products :
- organic and mineral resins
- structural adhesives
- prepregs
- pultruded profiles
as well as speciality products:
- microwave materials (radar absorbent and
radar transparent)
- ablative materials
- fire-resistant materials

Through its important Research and Development means and its ISO
9001 certified Quality Assurance System, STRUCTIL can meet customs
requirements and secure controlled productions.
In addition to GROUPE SNPE support, STRUCTIL has grown partnership
with :
- MITSUBISBHI RAYON Co (MRC) in Japan, the third worldwide producer
of carbon fibers and resins, which owns 20 % of STRUCTIL shares.
- LOCTITE AEROSPACE in US, who has licensed STRUCTIL for the production
of its Aerospace structural adhesives.
- BAE SYSTEMS Materials Group-Towcester Centres in UK, whose microwave
materials are distributed in France by STRUCTIL.
- EADS CCR who has licensed STRUCTIL for the production of 180°C
RTM resins.

the integration of the Materials team from SNPE Research Center.
- 1995, integration of microwave materials business from the MARPLEX
Company.
- 1995, QUALIFAS aknowledgement for quality of supplies to the french
Aerospace industry.

- 1998, entry of MITSUBISHI RAYON Co in STRUCTIL capital
- 2003, ISO 9001:2000 certification.
