range of mineral (non organic) resins allows the
moulding at low temperature (= or < 100 °C) of rigid thermal
protections with excellent behaviour in fire :
- no combustion, no flames,
- no release of smoke and toxic gases,
- no decomposition, no material collapse (melting from 1000
°C),
- withstand outer environment conditions.
THERMATIL resins are used in
industry, transports and building applications to manufacture FIRE
PROTECTIONS :
- long duration fire-proof doors,
- protection cases of critical equipments ("black boxes"
of aircrafts, mechanical articulations, engines, …)
- protection overcoating of composite panels.
