Pultrusion is a continous process for the manufacture of composite profiles with constant section and unidirectionnal fibres, associating the advantages of great rigidity, weight saving and great dimensional stability. Pioneer in the high performance pultrusion, STRUCTIL offers a very large variety of carbon/epoxy profiles with high resistance or high modulus, unidirectionnal or oriented fibres : tubes, rods, flat and special sections.

Its original Guip'X process allows by a particular arrangement of fibres, to mitigate the risks of catastrophic, "BAMBOO" type, rupture of tubular profiles and significantly to improve their transverse resistance, torsion strength and shock resistance.

Based on its long term experience and technical control of pultrusion, STRUCTIL is able to design and manufacture profiles with highly accurate dimensional tolerances, meeting the application requirements of as varied and demanding fields as aerospace, industry, sports and leisure and the medical one.

New developments allow STRUCTIL to propose carbon and glass reinforced thermoplastic (PEEK) profiles.
